Maisonette is a marketplace of 1000+ brands both large and small. When you place an order, every brand ships their product directly to you. If you place an order with multiple brands, you will receive shipping estimates based on each brand’s unique timeline. We recommend you check the estimated arrival dates of all your shipments in the checkout process or on the orders page in your account.

POTENTIAL FOR IN TRANSIT DELAYS

Due to the high volume of e-commerce orders during holiday season, the major shipping carriers (UPS, USPS) are all advising that there could be unexpected delays. The recommendations below are based on carrier approved cut off dates but there may be unforeseen delays due to overloaded shipping networks and staffing issues. We recommend ordering early.

For delivery by Wednesday 11/27/24, we recommend placing all orders by the following dates:

Special Considerations:

Items may run out of inventory during this busy time. If a vendor no longer has an item your purchased in stock, you will be notified and refunded accordingly. You should place your orders early to avoid missing out on a great gift!

Special gifts, such as monogrammed items, custom-made items, furniture, or art often require additional processing times. Be sure to check out the product’s page for more information & place that order as soon as possible, before the end of November.

Some of our vendors have longer lead times than others – this can impact delivery times. Reach out to [email protected] for more information on specific vendor fulfillment times.

All lead time information is listed on Product Detail pages, as well as in checkout and in shipping confirmations. Please be sure to review your order thoroughly prior to checkout to ensure your order fits your holiday timeline.

General Shipping Information

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays.

Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will usually ship on the next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. We are currently unable to ship to US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are unable to process orders to PO Boxes. Please note that your order may delayed if these addresses are provided in checkout
