She draws her inspiration from her two young kids, Emerson and Lucy, and loves all things from the natural world. The beauty of the plants and animals of Florida provide constant subject matter for her joyful illustrations. Nicole received her MFA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been honored to receive awards and scholarships for her work. She is a former Chicago based art professional and professor and now spends her time designing for her company and exploring Florida with her family. Valeria Diaz is a Venezuelan illustrator and designer based in Florida. Her passion for the arts began when she was in elementary school doodling in class and followed her throughout her adulthood. Valeria received her BFA in Illustration with a concentration in Surface Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her work is known for its soft, friendly, and playful characteristics. She is inspired by her travels, nature, and everyday life. When she is not designing, Valeria is hanging out with her family, reading, playing video games, or playing with her pets.
