Full, puffed sleeves have elasticated cuffs with ruffles and attached body is gathered for a full, comfortable fit. Leg holes are elasticated with shirring and romper has poppers for ease of opening. Designed to sit at the top of the thigh, perfect layered over tights in cooler weather and without in the summer. Made from beautiful Astrid Niva Liberty print cotton. Please note, this is slightly heavier in weight than ultra fine tana lawn cotton.
