Layers on layers of elegance and tulle! This voluminous style frock has a unique flounce hem with scalloped tulle detailing the bottom of the dress. Many tiers of tulle make up the ruffled flounce sleeves and bodice of the frock. At the back of the neckline is a keyhole, modesty lip and button closure for simple dressing.
